Grouping by All in BigQuery! Finally!

We're talking about an update that will make our lives much easier. How many times have I listed all the arguments for grouping, and darn it, it was inconvenient.

It's time to breathe a sigh of relief – now, when using BigQuery aggregate functions, instead of those annoying "GROUP BY 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6...", you can simply use GROUP BY ALL.
